Retail General Manager

Salary range: $70-75,000 BOE

The General Manager drives sales growth as the leader of the customer experience on the sales floor while providing the WOW factor to our guests and motivation to the team every day. You will provide leadership and direction to the store staff and successfully champion business strategies, vision and values. Ensuring that store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising and operations are consistent and well executed per company policies. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous training, feedback, and guidance. Your passion for fashion and dancewear will be infectious with the team, which will elevate our guests’ experience and make us stand out in the market!

• Manage your store team by selling alongside them. You must enjoy selling and exceeding sales metrics.
  
• Champion teamwork and fosters a results-driven store environment.

• Minding the details, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring standards/processes and policies are followed in a professional and elevated environment.

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for to validate your results.
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business. This includes availability to work opening and closing shifts.

• Minimum 5 years retail store manager previous experience.
  
• Must have previous sales goals and KPI coaching experience.
  
• Must have previous experience in Softline / Apparel retail.
  
• Must be at least 18 years or older.
  
• Must be available to workdays, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
