The Pretzel Place in the Southgate Mall is seeking a few hardworking and honest crew members. We are a hand rolled, soft pretzel shop operating inside the mall. Candidates for the position should be self motivated, great with customers and co-workers. Previous food/retail experience a plus but not required. Biggest requirement is a service oriented and happy/outgoing attitude.
Job duties will include but are not limited to: making dough, rolling and baking pretzels, helping customers, cleaning, prepping and overseeing the store when the manager is off duty.
Pay will start at $14-$16/hr(depending on experience and availability) plus cash and credit card tips, which typically adds about $2/hr to total pay.
As a Crew Member at Pretzel Place, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a delightful experience for our guests. Your core skills in POS operation, cash handling, and food service will enable you to efficiently take orders and manage transactions. With premium skills in food preparation and time management, you will contribute to a smooth workflow while promoting our delicious menu items.
