As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. - Greet customers and provide outstanding service by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product demos to enhance their understanding.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Stock shelves with products and ensure that displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Supervise inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dispensary.
- Open & close the store without supervision.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in grocery stores or retail environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends is highly desirable.
