We’re looking for a
full-time, field-based Restoration Sales Representative to help expand our reach across Hartford County. You’ll build business-to-business referral relationships, convert self-generated and company-provided leads, and guide homeowners through the restoration process.This is a
commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential and long-term growth opportunities.What You’ll Do
- Build and grow referral relationships with local professionals and property owners
- Convert both self-generated and company-generated leads into active jobs
- Guide customers through the restoration process with empathy and professionalism
- Represent RestoPros as a responsive, trustworthy partner in the community

- Proven self-starter with a background in sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
