Resin Flooring Installer (MIN 3 YRS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OF RESIN INSTALLATION)

Experienced Decorative Resin Flooring Installer

Richco International is a rapidly growing specialist themed flooring company who work within the Theme & Leisure Industry in the Orlando area. We have positions available for an experienced resin floor installer.

The applicant must have vast experience with a variety of resin installations (epoxy, polyurethanes, metallics, polyaspartic etc.). - including all preparation works required. The applicant must be a self-motivated person who can work within a team to a high level of standards.

They must be willing to be flexible on their working location - most of our works are within the Theme Parks in Orlando area, however on occasions we also work out-of-state at other theme or leisure customers. Our projects can also be night work (out of hours working) to facilitate our customers opening hours, but also can be daytime works- therefore must be flexible on working times / shifts as they may change week to week (depending on the project we are undertaking).

To be considered for this position, you must be hard working and be able to work within a team.

Due to the clients we work for you will be need to have the highest level of quality workmanship, follow all safety precautions and have the ability to keep the site clean & tidy at all times.

All tools and equipment will be supplied.

Activities, Responsibilities, & Specific Duties:

• To carry out surface preparation and surface repairs with your team.
  
• Installation of a variety of resin flooring systems.
  
• Operate large grinding equipment, vacuum systems and hand tools.
  
• To document each project, take photos, daily update, time tracking, etc. via mobile app.
  
• Maintain and account for tools and equipment on all jobs sites and in vehicles with your team.
  

Position requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of decorative resin flooring installations.
  
• Experience with: Surface preparation, resin installations and sealing.
  
• Must have a good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.
  
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 Lb and be physically able.
  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Must be customer service oriented.
  
• Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.
  
• Willing to travel and work all shifts, including weekend work if needed.
  
• Must have a valid driver�s license.
  
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  
• Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with local laws/regulations.
  

Pay Rate Between - $20.00 - $26.00 per hour - Depending on Experience
