Looking for an independent and trustworthy Maintenance Technician to assist our operation in city of Rochester. The Technician’s main duty is to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards and that our operation continues to run smoothly.

Desired Skills / Lawn mowing, & snow removal, gutter cleaning is required

Working knowledge in the fields of Electrical & Plumbing, Painting inside & outside on ladders, and General knowledge of /Carpentry/ Drywall/Flooring, Home property Maintenance and Repair are required etc.

â—Must have a strong work ethic and

ability to work independently on multiple projects as well as work with a team to complete projects when necessary.

â—Ability to finish multiple projects in one day

â—Must have reliable transportation and own personal Tools to complete the work assigned.

â—Must be willing and able to be on call

â—Friendly demeanor when interacting with tenants and co - workers

â—Must have:

-Clean drivers record/license

-Good physical health

-Good attitude and be ready to work

â—The position will earn up to $25.hour.

â—Job Type: Full-time

â—Pay: up to $25.00 per hour
