Residential Construction Superintendent

Sego Homes, a premier new home builder in Utah, is seeking a skilled and experienced

• Manage construction of multiple homes across one or more communities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and model home finish standards.
  
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trade partners to meet construction schedules and quality expectations.
  
• Ensure all customer options are installed correctly and coordinate with internal sales, office, and construction teams.
  
• Promote customer satisfaction through direct communication and service-oriented mindset.
  
• Maintain productive working relationships with inspectors, municipalities, vendors, and homeowners.
  
• Inspect every home under construction daily - �Every Room, Every House, Every Day.â€
  
• Lead and participate in on-site safety meetings and enforce OSHA and SWPPP compliance.
  
• Track and report construction progress, schedule adherence, and variance from budgets.
  
• Maintain clean and orderly job sites in accordance with company standards.
  

• Strong leadership and time management skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  
• Professional, accountable, and a strong team player.
  
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused.
  

• 3+ years of industry experience, preferably in the New Home Construction realm.
  
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and web-based construction management tools.
  
• Reliable transportation for travel between home sites.
  
• Ability to physically inspect homes, climb ladders, and work in outdoor conditions.
  

• Competitive salary: $75,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
