Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician

J’s Divine Cleaning, a trusted cleaning service based in the DMV, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team.

You’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining a variety of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in quality, and can work independently or with a small team.

This is an in-person, hourly-paid, full-time role. If you’re mobile and ready to work, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface wiping
  
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and other high-traffic areas
  
• Remove trash and handle basic waste disposal
  
• Use company-provided supplies and equipment safely and effectively
  
• Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across all job sites
  
• Report any issues (maintenance, safety, or supply-related) promptly
  
• Support special cleaning projects when needed
  

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation for full-time work
  
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
  
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and perform physical cleaning duties
  
• Good time management and communication skills
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay:

Hourly (based on experience)

Work Location: DMV area - Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, DC, and surrounding

Schedule: Full-time; must be available for weekday and occasional weekend jobs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.64 - $28.47 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
