Position Summary:


As a

Resident Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a warm and engaging environment.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Delivering services outlined in residents� personalized service plans.
  • Observing and reporting resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse.
  • Assisting with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and emotional support.
  • Participating in dining room engagement, including serving meals, bussing tables, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
  • Leading or assisting with group and individual activities to promote socialization and wellness.
  • Performing light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming and cleaning public areas.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation in communication logs and inter-shift reports.


Qualifications:


  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Current CPR and first aid certifications.
  • Ability to maintain certifications required by state or provincial regulations.
