Join Eyas Landing's Merlin Day Academy program! Merlin Day Academy is a new innovative program designed to provide education and therapeutic intervention in a supportive classroom environment.Oversee catered lunch and snack food ordering, menu planning and maintenance of client allergens.
Manage therapeutic assistants and interns in food preparation, food safety and clean up.
Complete initial and annual pediatric nutrition evaluations related to the scope of practice for Registered Dieticians and Nutritionists.
Monitor and track client weight, height and nutritional intake
Consult and educate clients and families with individual sessions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on weekly basis
Develop role and scope of nutrition in the Eyas Landing program
Registered Nutritionist Dietitian required
Ability to travel across locations
Experience working with children or clients with special needs
