As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will -
- Oversee and coordinate the medication aide assignments on the long-term care units. Responsible for signing off on any data collection completed by medication aide.
- Respond to complete Change of condition assessment and documentation. Reports any change of condition to provider for appropriate follow up.
- Respond to any fall for RN assessment and assists in proper documentation with the medication aide.
- Provide feedback to Nurse Manager relevant to LPN and CNA nursing staff performance evaluations.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current/valid State of Wisconsin RN License required
- CPR Certification required
- Computer skills strongly preferred
- Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
- Clinical and supervisor experience as well as basic computer skills strongly preferred
