We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care in various settings, including inpatient, long-term care, and emergency room environments. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients and support their recovery journey.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Provide support in specialized areas such as PICU, ophthalmology, memory care, or emergency room settings when needed.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience in inpatient settings or long-term care preferred.
- Knowledge of physiology and clinical practices relevant to nursing care.
- Familiarity with gastric lavage procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
