Looking for Registered Nurse - Full-Time Nights
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Emergency Room RN to join our team in Mountain Home, ID for a full-time night shift position. You will provide direct, high-acuity care to patients in urgent and life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced emergency department. What You’ll Do:* Triage, assess, and rapidly stabilize patients based on severity- Deliver trauma-informed and evidence-based nursing interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Administer medications, IVs, and perform emergency procedures
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate, real-time documentation
- Comply with infection control and safety standards
- Support patients and families through education and crisis care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required)
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
