McAuley Convent, part of the Sisters of Mercy Mid-Atlantic Community, is hiring a full-time
Registered Nurse for the evening shift and overnight shift.The R.N. provides compassionate, skilled nursing care to aging Sisters in a supportive and mission-driven environment. This role involves supervising CNAs and LPNs, administering medications, managing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital setting
- Experience working with geriatric populations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook; basic Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Conduct admissions and ongoing health assessments
- Develop and manage care plans
- Administer and document medications
- Supervise and mentor CNAs/LPNs
- Respond to emergencies and changes in condition
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with protocols
