Schedule: 3:00 P.M. - 11:30 P.M.
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours
- Provide high-quality nursing care during evening shifts in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and respond promptly to changes in status
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in patient medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with infection control, safety procedures, and facility protocols
- Active RN license in the state of Delaware (or compact license)
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience, preferably in long-term or acute care
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to commit to the full 11-week evening shift schedule
- Strong clinical judgment, time management, and teamwork skills
