We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves working in various settings, senior care, and critical care environments, where you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering exceptional nursing services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical history.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Support acute pain management strategies for patients.
- Engage in home care services for patients requiring assistance outside of the clinical setting.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and understanding.
