- Assist with the daily management of residents' nursing needs.
- Oversee and provide guidance to direct care staff.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Valid Rhode Island RN or LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience managing the care needs of a senior population.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
