Summercrest Senior Living is looking for a part-time and full-time
Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Health Services Director and dedicated clinical team.In this important role, you'll:
- Review and sign off on assessments and documentation for residents
- Assist in developing in-person staff education plans
- Identify care needs and collaborate on individualized Care Plans
- Be on-call for nursing support (approx. 16 hours/month)
- Unencumbered RN license in the state of New Hampshire
