- Provide direct patient care in various settings such as hospitals, hospice, home care, and emergency rooms
- Conduct health assessments and administer treatments
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Perform specimen collection processing and analysis
- Implement infectious disease care protocols
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety
- Offer health coaching to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Proficiency in hospice palliative medicine is a plus
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
- Skilled in conducting comprehensive health assessments
- Competency in utilizing ER protocols and procedures
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
