Shift: Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Full-Time
Department: Medical-Surgical Unit
- Deliver evidence-based, direct nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout the shift.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Support discharge planning and patient education efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in emergency response situations and Code Blues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or eligible to obtain Virginia RN licensure - Required
- CPR certification - Required
- ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certifications - Required based on unit assignment or patient population
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program - Required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or Med/Surg setting - required

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
