We are hiring a compassionate and adaptable
Med Surg RN to provide high-quality care to patients across the lifespan-from infants to geriatrics-in a fast-paced hospital setting.- Conduct head-to-toe assessments
- Develop and evaluate care plans based on diagnosis and physician orders
- Administer meds, monitor vitals, and respond to patient needs
- Coordinate with physicians, rehab, and support services
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
- Accurately document in EMR
- Respond to emergencies and changes in condition
- RN License - Oklahoma or Compact
- 1+ year recent Med Surg experience
- BLS - AHA (REQUIRED)
- NIH Stroke Certification - AHA (REQUIRED)
