Labor & Delivery / Mother-Baby RN team, where compassionate, high-quality care meets the mountain lifestyle. Located in beautiful Ketchum, ID, this position offers the rare combination of professional fulfillment and outdoor adventure.

Our newly expanded birthing center offers full-spectrum care in labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. Nurses in this unit are known for their excellence, collaboration, and passion for family-centered care.

What You’ll Do:* Provide nursing care to women during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages.
  • Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and surgical procedures (e.g., C-sections).
  • Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using appropriate equipment and assessments.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed.
  • Educate patients and families on prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to hospital policies.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols.


What We Need from You:* Active and unrestricted Idaho RN License or Compact RN License.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required)
  • Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
  • Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (must be AHA-certified).
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
