About the Role


As our RDA, you will work directly with our pediatric dentists to assist with a variety of dental procedures and help our young patients have a pleasant experience each time they visit.


Responsibilities


Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort.


Educate parents and children about proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits, making learning engaging and accessible.


Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, strictly adhering to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.


✨ Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments as needed to support preventive care.


Provide post-treatment instructions to patients and parents, ensuring they understand aftercare recommendations.


Qualifications:


✅ Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License and certification.


Successful completion of the initial online assessment provided during the application process.


Willingness to work 2 Saturdays a month.


Skills:


Excellent attention to detail, ensuring dental procedures are carried out accurately and effectively.


Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and child psychology is a plus


Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and their families. .
