We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered behavior technicians (RBTS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ABA Therapy and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges. This role involves working closely with our BCBAs to provide high quality and evidence based ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
- Implement ABA therapy programs personalized by the BCBA for each individual client according to their needs.
- work one on one with clients in their homes, teaching skills and addressing behaviors.
- Implement behavioral interventions and monitor progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Collaborate with BCBA and families to ensure consistent support.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- ABA experience
- RBT certification or BT certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality is essential.
- Communication skills to communicate well with staff and families.
- Reliable transportation
