What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes, using play-based learning to help them grow.
  
• Follow a personalized plan created by your BCBA to help each child succeed.
  
• Track progress and take notes to help improve treatment.
  
• Think on your feet-every child is different, and you�ll need to adapt and problem-solve.
  
• Talk to families and help them understand the child�s progress.
  
• Join weekly check-ins with your BCBA for support and coaching.

What You Need to Apply:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) - College is a plus, but not required!
  
• Must be 18 or older.
  
• Reliable transportation to get to clients� homes.
  
• Able to pass a background check.
  
• Active RBT Certification
  
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
