Regional Account Manager in the Billings, Montana metro area. This is a field-based role built for someone who values independence, thrives on performance, and wants to earn based on results - not a capped salary. Many of our top reps are earning $200K+ per year, and there’s no limit to what you can achieve.- Manage and grow dealership accounts throughout your local territory
- Build strong relationships with dealership owners, general managers, and finance teams
- Present and promote a full suite of high-impact F&I solutions
- Deliver in-person product training and performance support
- Maintain an active pipeline and keep the CRM updated daily
- Sales experience (automotive, F&I, or warranty preferred)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-motivation, discipline, and a results-driven mindset
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Confidence to work independently and own your performance
