We’re growing fast and currently hiring a
Regional Account Manager in Charleston, West Virginia or surrounding areas. This is a remote, field-based role built for individuals who want control of their schedule, freedom to manage their own territory, and the opportunity to earn based on results. Many on our team earn over $200,000 annually.- Manage and grow a portfolio of dealership accounts in your region
- Build trusted relationships with owners, general managers, and finance teams
- Present a full suite of F&I products and drive program adoption
- Provide hands-on product training and support to improve dealer performance
- Maintain CRM updates and manage your pipeline with consistency
- Experienced in sales (auto, F&I, warranty, or related field preferred)
- A confident communicator with strong closing ability
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable traveling locally and working independently
- Reliable and committed to follow-through
