Refrigeration Technician

Position Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced

Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and plumbing systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to safety and compliance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:* Maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems (chillers, coolers, ice machines, etc.)

• Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system improvements
  
• Operate within safety and compliance standards
  
• Maintain accurate logs using a CMMS
  
• Communicate with customers and support team training
  
• Participate in after-hours or emergency support as needed
  

Qualifications:* 4+ years of related HVAC/refrigeration maintenance experience

• EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
  
• Proficient with tools, CMMS, and diagnostic equipment
  
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  
• Valid driver�s license; travel required
  
• Local/state refrigeration/boiler licenses (preferred)
  

Physical Requirements:* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (heights, temperatures, tight spaces)
