JOB SUMMARY
The Reengagement Program Manager will lead the development and future implementation of the City of Frederick’s Reengagement Center, a key initiative to support young people who are not currently connected to school or employment. This role will focus on designing programming, building cross-sector partnerships, and laying the operational foundation for long-term impact.
During the planning and design phase, the position will report to the Office of Opportunity and Transformation. Once implementation begins, the role will transition to the Department of Housing and Human Services to oversee day-to-day operations of the Reengagement Center as part of the City’s broader youth services strategy.
