The Receptionist and Guest Services Representative reports to Managers in the Accounting Office and is directly responsible for meeting and greeting showroom customers as well as identifying and logging customer sources, answering phones and routing calls. This individual is the first point of contact both in-store and on the phone and must communicate a professional, compassionate and friendly demeanor always.
+ Respond to queries from the public and guests.
+ Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization in order to correctly route guest queries.
+ Maintain look and appearance of showroom and guest lounge.
+ Enthusiastically greet and welcome guests entering the store.
+ Direct guests to appropriate sales consultant or service adviser.
+ Answer phones, screen and direct calls.
+ Provide general information to callers.
+ Manage phone flow, vmail passwords, etc.
+ Identify from which source guests received information and decided to visit Maplecrest (advertising, referral, repeat customer, etc.).
+ Accurately log sources
+ Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, vendors and suppliers.
+ Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
