We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven

Receivables Collections Specialist to join our finance team on a fixed-term basis for 6 to 9 months. You will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable. You'll work cross-functionally to minimize overdue balances while maintaining strong, professional communication with our customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding overdue invoices
  • Review and act on accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activity and customer communications
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to resolve payment issues
  • Process incoming credit card payments
  • Support teammates with investigations and resolving billing discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal standards


Education & Qualifications:


  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable collections
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Proven success in collections or similar role
  • Familiarity with billing systems and collection strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Goal-oriented with a calm and persistent approach
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels
