• Assist in managing seller transactions from start to finish
  
• Learn to coordinate inspections, repairs, and property preparation
  
• Support documentation and closing processes
  
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners
  

• Conduct property visits and coordinate vendor activities
  
• Set up and troubleshoot smart home technology
  
• Ensure properties are photo-ready and market-perfect
  
• Be our eyes and ears in the field
  

• Help build and improve our operational processes
  
• Maintain accurate records and data across our platforms
  
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  
• 0-2 years of professional experience (internships count!)
  
• Demonstrated excellence in any field (academic, athletic, creative, etc.)
  
• Ability to commute to Georgetown, DE and surrounding areas
  
• Hunger to build a career, not just collect a paycheck

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
