ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and quality check all documents and figures from lenders for accuracy
- Prepare CD�s and closing documents in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure complete and accurate CD�s are submitted for approval
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, parties to a transaction, referral partners and others in the office
- Technologically proficient and familiarity with real estate closings in MA & RI (nationwide a bonus);
- Organized, attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Role Specific Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable in real estate regulations and guidelines, document preparation, TRID, CFPB, and RESPA rules
- Understanding of payoff per diems & tax prorations, interest etc.
- Understanding of lenders documents and recordings
- Possess the skill set to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, to professionally communicate with both internal and external customers
