- Attend training sessions to improve your real estate knowledge and skills
- Generate leads to build your client base
- Follow up on leads until appointments are secured.
- Schedule and conduct appointments efficiently
- Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone and email to maintain relationships and ensure brand recognition.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales goals to assist in achieving total team goals.
- Manage sales inquiries from lead generation sites and convert them into new clients
- Utilize a CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- A valid Real Estate License or currently in the process of obtaining one
- Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions
- Commission opportunities as part of the compensation package
- A valid Driver�s License is mandatory
