- Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing materials
- Create and execute customized marketing plans for each listing
- Host open houses and private showings
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the closing process
- A current Delaware Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining)
- Proven experience or a strong interest in listing and selling homes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a team-player mindset
