The position will be based in Sparks, Nevada at Tesla's Gigafactory in the Quality department. The ideal candidate for this position will not only have strong analytical skills (Problem-Solving, “soft†skills), but also demonstrated experience running/utilizing a broad range of tools and equipment ("hard skills"). They will work closely with manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineers, and suppliers to determine product specifications and tolerances and to establish processes and procedures that will ensure consistently high quality.
