THE RESOURCE EXCHANGEThe Quality Support Coordinator plays a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and rights of individuals served by TRE by supporting the review, tracking, and analysis of incidents and documentation across case management operations. This position assists in reviewing Incident Reports (IRs) and Critical Incidents (CIRs), collaborates with external entities such as Adult/Child Protective Services (APS/CPS) and law enforcement for investigations of Mistreatment, and supports risk mitigation efforts. The Quality Support Coordinator also assists with Human Rights Committee (HRC) facilitation and reviews documentation to identify gaps in services, inconsistencies, or systemic issues that require follow-up.
Tools and Equipment Used:
Computers/tablets, printers, telephones, Microsoft Office Suite, proprietary systems/databases, and personal vehicles.
Work is performed in a variety of settings including office, home, virtual, and community locations. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of computers. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. A valid Colorado driver’s license (unless exempt due to military status), reliable personal transportation, and minimum insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 are required.
