Qualifications or Skill Required: Minimum of 7-10 years Management experience. Bachelor's Degree Required. A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Quality Control Management in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Inspection and Quality Control methods, techniques and equipment. Knowledge of use of a wide variety of measuring instruments and complicated drawings. Knowledge in PFMEA and Control Plans, APQP, 8D process, Layered Process Audit, and PPAP. ITF experience a must.

Responsibilities: Responsible for directing and supervising a group of employees involved in inspection and quality control procedures with regard to purchased material, in-process material and finished products to assure that quality control standards are achieved. Plan, assign, and training work of subordinates. Develop and/or adapt inspection equipment to meet quality control standards, make suggestions with regard to procedures, standards and equipment to facilitate work and maintain product quality. Analyze facts or circumstances surrounding individual problems to determine what action should be taken within the limits of standard practices. Responsible for compilation and maintenance of work instructions, inspection reports and records. Investigate and determine cause of faulty work and consult and advise production supervisors as to corrective measures. Maintain discipline, morale and harmonious relations among subordinates in a fast-past environment. Investigate and adjust personnel problems within area of responsibility. Effectively recommend as to hiring, promotions, wage adjustments and terminations. Full-Time position and must be able to work weekends. Must have the following computer skills; Excel, Power Point, Pareto Analysis and create Word Documents.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
