Quality Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

• Regulatory Compliance:
  

Ensure compliance with ISO9001, FSSC2200, FDA, USDA, GFSI (e.g., SQF, BRC), and other relevant food safety regulations and standards.

• Documentation & Audits:
  

Maintain and review quality documentation, including HACCP plans, SOPs, COAs, and specifications. Prepare for and lead internal and external audits.

• Supplier & Ingredient Verification:
  

Conduct supplier qualification and ingredient verification processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Corrective Actions & Continuous Improvement:
  

Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Training & Support:
  

Provide training to production and staff on food safety, cGMPs, allergen control, and sanitation procedures.

• Customer & Regulatory Interaction:
  

Respond to customer inquiries and regulatory bodies regarding product quality and compliance documentation.

• Associates Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or any related field.
  
• 1+ year of experience in quality assurance or compliance in the food ingredient or food manufacturing industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems.
  
• Experience with FSSC2200, ISO9001, HACCP, GMP, allergen control, and traceability systems.
  
• Excellent written communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
