North Hills Child Care Center is seeking Lead Teachers to work in our child care center serving infants through preschoolers. We are looking for kind, caring, and hardworking individuals who love children and are eager to nurture and guide their academic and social/emotional growth! - Creating an environment that ensures the health and safety of the children in the classroom.

- Actively participating in professional development opportunities.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a licensed child care center
- Minimum 12 semester hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a Child-Related Field plus 960 hours of experience OR the willingness and ability to complete these requirements within the state waiver timelines
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Early Childhood or current CDA, preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful completion of required background check and TB testing
- Current CPR and First Aid training, or willing to obtain soon after hire
