The Project Manager, Proposal and Design manages RFP response proposal projects, and other projects resulting in a deliverable, from the pre-planning phase, capture management, and opportunity development through the technical writing, editing, and delivery of a final submittal for the customer. This highly skilled position manages directly to a proposal schedule using project management techniques and tools and works under minimal supervision. The Project Manager, Proposal proactively identifies critical path items, work breakdown structure, and stakeholders. The Project Manager, Proposal and Design identifies required resources and appropriate allocation needed to ensure the project meets its milestones, deadline, and deliverables. The Project Manager, Proposal and Design is a subject matter expert for proposal design and graphics development and acts as the team lead for consultation on final layout and use and/or design of graphics. Tasks include project management, technical writing and editing, proposal and graphics design and design review, stakeholder management, stakeholder education and training and recommendations on maximizing the user experience and effectiveness of persuasive documentation. The position also conducts opportunity analysis for Bid/No Bid qualification and develops elements for strategy, win themes, differentiators, and the value proposition.

Design skills and abilities to create graphic designs in Adobe Create Suiteâ„¢
User experience skills and abilities to evaluate persuasive narrative and design using accepted user experience methodology and practices.
Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suiteâ„¢, Microsoft Officeâ„¢ suite including Microsoft Wordâ„¢, Excelâ„¢, PowerPoint â„¢, Teams â„¢, and Outlookâ„¢. Experience with SharePointâ„¢.
Professional-level writing, editing, and word processing skills. Mastery of the English language in written and spoken form, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling/diction.

Pay: $82,700.00 - $108,800.00 per year
