I'm looking for an experienced Property Preservation crew with locks and lock boxes on hand and PPW experience. If this is you please apply! We pay weekly!
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess their condition and identify necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including but not limited to grass cuts, debris removal, all needs of the home.
- Utilize PPW for tracking work orders.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of property conditions.
- Please have HUD locks and lock boxes on hand.

Pay: $500.00 - $3,000.00 per week
