The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned property, ensuring efficient management, excellent customer service, and optimal financial performance. This role involves leasing units, processing payments, maintaining property cleanliness and security, and handling customer inquiries. The Property Manager is also responsible for enforcing company policies, managing delinquent accounts, and performing light maintenance tasks as needed.
In addition to managing their primary location, the Property Manager may be required to travel to other facilities to provide support during staff shortages, high-demand periods, or special projects. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the company.
