Property manager for Cedar Greene Apartments

We are seeking an experienced Property Manger for Cedar Greene Apartments, English Garden Apartments and English Garden Townhomes

The three properties are located within one block of each other and consist of 410 apartment units. The apartments are well maintained and located near the NODA area of Charlotte.

The

Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the community operations of these three properties and will work closely with the area manager, office staff, maintenance supervisor, maintenance staff, ownership and vendors. The candidate must have a passion to achieve optimum resident satisfaction while leading the team in areas of leasing, renewals, retention, and day to day operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Area Manager with the financial performance of the property by overseeing the rental structure and expenditures.
  
• Manage resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
  
• Oversee resident relations, which includes phone calls, requests and concerns.
  
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
  
• Oversee daily leasing processing and timely completion of service requests.
  
• Assist with the coordination of making apartment units ready as they become available.
  
• Work with AppFolio property management software to account for resident payments, work orders, leasing and other property management functions.
  
• Additional duties as assigned.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years� experience in property management including leasing and administration.
  
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  
• Knowledge of how to use property management software. Prior experience with Appfolio is helpful.
  
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
  
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
  
• Bi-lingual in Spanish helpful
  
• Valid Driver's license
