NEMC is a Vermont based Mass Reappraisal company that contracts directly with Towns and Cities within Vermont. We are currently a small business looking to to expand our abilities in Southern Vermont. Property Inspectors or Data Collectors visit homes within communities to collect construction material and condition data such as:
Exterior measurements - Story height observations - Number and Quality of bathrooms & kitchens - Quality and Condition of interior and exterior building materials - As well as estimates of overall quality of construction.
This position is being offered in Southern Vermont for current and upcoming work in Dover, Brattleboro, Bennington and Rutland City. The ideal candidate would live within proximity to these municipalities.
Experience in construction, home inspections, public interactions (customer service or hospitality), basic computer skills and attention to detail is desired and valuable to us.
