We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and manage the full project lifecycle for concurrent projects across the organization.


In this role, you will be a vital part of our mission, responsible for:


  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Working with project teams to define project scope, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Facilitating business analysis, requirements gathering, and the development of acceptance criteria.
  • Developing and managing project artifacts, including plans, budgets, schedules, and risk logs.
  • Proactively communicating project performance and escalating any risks or changes to key stakeholders.
  • Serving as an active member of the Project Management Office (PMO), helping to create and develop our project methodology

What you'll bring:


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least three years of experience managing multiple projects with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience leading multi-function project teams.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable format.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.


Preferred qualifications:


  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet and Google Suite is a plus.
