Project Manager to lead and coordinate fire protection projects from start to finish. This role works closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.- This is an on-site role and will work out of our Charleston, South Carolina office. It is not a remote position.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with sales, design, purchasing, fabrication, and field teams.
- Manage project lifecycle: design, permits, materials, labor, and installation.
- Represent Fireline at job site meetings.
- Track and approve change orders and maintain detailed project documentation.
- 3 - 5 years of project management experience, preferably in fire protection or construction.
- Proven success managing commercial projects ($100K - $5M).
- Familiarity with NFPA codes and building regulations.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Bachelor's in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
