We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager who will lead our project teams and help sustain our commitment to outstanding results.

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and construction schedules (using Construction Online or similar tools) for concrete and masonry projects.·
Resource Management: Forecast and coordinate labor, material, and equipment needs while maintaining budgetary controls.·
Team Leadership: Supervise and direct Construction Managers, Foremen, and crews (up to 25+ craft personnel) across multiple projects.·
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, general contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide project updates and address any issues in a timely, solutions-focused manner.·
Contract Administration: Review RFPs, estimate projects, negotiate and manage subcontracts, and ensure contract documents (SOW, AIA documents) are executed correctly.·
Budget & Cost Controls: Prepare and monitor P&L reports, approve purchase orders and invoices, and manage milestone billing and collections.·
Quality & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, project specifications, safety protocols, and local/state regulations. Secure necessary permits and licenses.·
Problem Solving: Initiate work-around procedures for project delays and collaborate with other managers and field supervisors to maintain productivity.· Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in the construction industry (concrete/masonry experience highly preferred)
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· In-depth knowledge of concrete and masonry construction practices, material management, estimating, and project documentation
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite; working knowledge of MS Project or similar scheduling software required
· Familiarity with Construction Accounting/Management Software (Foundations or similar)
· Understanding of contractual language and industry-standard forms (AIA, subcontracts, change orders, etc.)
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
