2025 jobs are booked, we are seeking 2 additional teammates to lead, walk work, read drawings, estimate, forecast, manage manpower, and train. This opportunity involves all aspects various flooring divisions.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, patching, and masking as necessary.
- Prep, mix, and apply
- Apply and roll resinous and concrete polishing coatings
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Proven experience in industrial, commercial, residential or a related field is required.
- Proficiency with related hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to industry tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Experience with materials handling, ensuring safe transport of items within the workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
