Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have some background in construction, steel erection/fabrication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team safely and effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with estimators, shop, and field teams to maintain workflow and address project needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in structural steel.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Blue beam and Tekla is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $81,741.68 per year
